Hello, we recently hired a new team member who I'd like to give admin privilege on 24IM. Or at least a way to make their name appear different in the chat room, like mine does with the little badge next to my name. How can I get this done? Please assist.

You have to be the server admin in order to change the user privileges for something else. Luckily, there is a manual in PDF format where you can see exactly the correct procedure regarding user privileges, administration and basically everything offered by the servers.
